Talking about chakras on the Internet chakra training is also a method for improving health and martial arts. This blog is for novices interested in meditation and chakras; therefore, it focuses on meditation easily practiced in the privacy of home; however, I've realized people who are learning about new age healing and martial arts might be reading the blog. Perhaps you want to do more within a chosen art. Some things must be taught in person. In addition, studying with someone who successfully helped hundreds of people has testimonies the technique would work when something does not work on a particular person.
Self-healing seems like a great art form. There are many schools and people who wish to share knowledge. Chakras allow a person to get in touch with there physical bodies so they are aware of what types of food to eat for nourishment and identifying symptoms before talking to a doctor. The basic act of stimulating chakras is in itself not dangerous, yet self-treatment and incorrect diagnosis is harmful.
Knowing a bit more about identifying disease through analyzing skin, hands and finger nails, there are also ways to analyze disease through observing the iris of the eye. Typical treatments such as drinking a lot of water and taking vitamins to stimulate the functioning of organs is productive and within the lower realms of treatment wherein a person is simply altering their diet. Consuming vitamins and minerals to stimulate organs is great; however, there are some rules. One rule is it is assisting organs to work properly or taking over homeostasis. Only take vitamins for a couple month and then stop for several months. Let the body heal itself to gain long term health.
There are also exceptions. When treating the heart, stop working out. If experiencing illness as a result of overexerting yourself, go to a less exhaustive exercise. In most situation circulation assists in getting rid of waste and promotes healing. In the case of the heart, too much circulation causes problems. The body must rest to absorb nutrients.
There are also extreme ways of healing. Some are poisons that damage the body while taking the cure. These are only available through experts for a reason. The sea cucumber can cure sever illness, yet it is also poison. When cured incorrectly it kills a person within three days. A person must consider what is killing them faster. People have to be able to recognize safety levels and effect on the body. I wouldn't attempt to give myself surgery or take prescription drugs on my own, so why would anyone else?
ChaKation is also a compliment to martial arts. In fact, the most dangerous type of martial art hones chakra for board and stone breaking. Does this mean a person could or should engage in these activities after reading the blog?
Part of breaking boards is relative to technique. Proper hand, wrist and contact assist in breaking boards. Otherwise, a person will harm themselves. In addition, does a person really want to harm people? The attitude towards martial arts is something a person learns from an older, wiser person. Perhaps you are a fighting machine, but do you want people to fear you? Perhaps you can use force to resolve problems, but will fixing the problem be more complicated? Constantly using force is much different than correcting problems.
With minimal training, I have had unique opportunities. In one case it took a couple weeks to formulate a plan to get a student to stop destroying property. I thought he would immediately figure out that destroying property is wrong. Perhaps they thought they would learn something ahead of time by damaging themselves and property. Yet, this is not how it works though manipulation through interrogation or martyrdom work in real life. There are many reasons for all concerned parties to make sure everyone understands gaining something through such means is ineffective.
Feel free to use the blog to stimulate chakras or to open your mind to create better, realistic plans. I have addressed the issue. If you want specific information take a class. There is a type of associated learning expressed through attitude, body language and seeing or experiencing real-life examples.
