The red chakra is strong and light. The energy is felt in the palm of the hands and fingers. It emits a smooth energy that glows intensely.
The orange chakra is warm and fills the stomach. It seems to flow in one direction then flows in another. Moving back and forth it has more than one directional flow as it moves around like hot sand warming the soul.
The yellow chakra is energetic like a burst of sunlight. The harmony is quicker as it seems to rush around through the body and arms.
The green chakra is peaceful. You can feel the stem through the body and resting in the heart where it opens up like a flower.
The celestial blue chakra is light at first. Then it becomes a spike of energy rising in peaks and lulls. It tingles in the chest and throughout the body.
The indigo chakra is heavy like a big, warm blanket. It seems to draw in and flow out as though submerged in warm water. Bringing energy into the hands it also seems to resonate out in to the air.
The violet chakra is focused. It becomes a small ball between the hands and energy moved in and out of the finger tips, like strings loosely connecting the body to the universe.
On top of having a picture to visualize the individual chakras, an Internet video shows "How to Make a Meditation Poster." The poster can be moved into a quiet place for relaxation and meditation. Depending on which chakra a person is working on, it is easy to focus on one picture stimulating the energy into a positive, enhancing flow.
The images provided in this blog are easy to print out. Click on the picture and it expands into a new window. Now you don't have to worry about finding something with the appropriate color.
It has taken over a month to complete the project. I am happy with the results. There was some worry; however, the final product is exceptional. I feel the chakra of the color when looking at any of the images. Together they seem to emanate joy. Hopefully, many people will benefit.
